Healthcare Complaints Portal

If you do not want or are unable to discuss the complaint with us, or if you would like independent support with this, please contact the Healthcare Complaints Portal. Healthcare Complaints Portal is an external organization where we are affiliated to help resolve dissatisfaction and complaints about our care.

If you have submitted your complaint or dissatisfaction, the Zorg Complaints Portal will assess whether it meets the conditions for processing it and which procedure is appropriate.

If information is missing or unclear, they will contact you to make it complete and ensure that the complaints process is started properly.

Would you like advice on how to deal with a situation you are dissatisfied with? Then you can also contact the Healthcare Complaints Portal. You will not start a procedure yet.
