Online Screening
Answer a few questions to see if you qualify for treatment at Menovia. Then book a free introductory call (10 min) or an intake (45 min). The cost of an intake is €150.
Intake
During this conversation, the doctor reviews your medical history and symptoms in detail, along with the available treatment options. Based on this conversation, you decide whether to participate and which package suits you best.
Testing
Depending on the chosen program, we conduct various types of tests. These range from blood tests for hormones to assessments of your blood sugar, cholesterol levels, vitamins, and more.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your test results, the doctor will create a personalized treatment plan, usually consisting of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and, if necessary, supplements.
Start Program
The program lasts at least 6 months to ensure we provide you with the best possible guidance.
Monitoring
Every month you have a consultation with a doctor and fill out the MRS questionnaire in advance, which helps us track your symptoms systematically. Throughout your treatment, you will be in regular contact with the Menovia team. Blood tests are performed every 12 weeks to make any necessary adjustments.
Evaluation
At the end of your treatment, we will determine your next steps together. This may involve a referral back to your GP or continued support at Menovia.
