Founder

Freeha Arshad, Founder & Medical Director

I am Dr. Freeha Arshad, BIG-registered doctor with a background in Emergency Medicine. In 2010, I completed my medical education, after which I was trained in acute care. There, I developed a strong basis in clinical reasoning, pattern recognition, and high-pressure decision making.

Over the years, my focus has increasingly focused on the underlying causes of chronic conditions — particularly among women. Both my professional experience and my personal journey made me aware of how often female biology, hormonal transitions and long-term health programs are not sufficiently included in regular care.

Through additional education and clinical experience in functional and personalized medicine, I have worked extensively with women in and around the menopause. In addition, I support them with tailored hormonal strategies, metabolic optimization and integrated care.

Menovia is the combination of my clinical background, personal experience and long-term vision: contributing to a care model where women are taken seriously, treated with precision and expertly guided through one of the most impactful transitions in their lives.
